Rotary valves
The valve is designed to close tight the dust bins working under the pressure different from the atmospheric pressure and emptying thereof avoiding decompression. The dust must not be aggressive, whereas its temperature is not to exceed
200 ̊C . The device works as follows: the dust flowing though the inlet of the valve from the bin travels between the cells between the vanes of a rotating drum and is dispensed outside by the outlet opening. The drum vanes act as gates cutting off air flow through the valve, thus preventing decompression. The vanes of the rotating drum emptied at the outlet reach the inlet opening again to receive another portion of dust. The cycle is repeated continuously until the feeder valve is shut down. After the drum has been closed, the device acts as valve closing the dust and air flow.
Technical propertiesRotary valves manufactured by ECO INSTAL encourage easy operations and maintenance. The devices are based on state-of-the-art design solutions ensuring durability, reliability and silent running. The models available on the market come either with their own drives (in the form of a gear motor) or without.
The valve body and a rotor are made of cast iron. In practice, we also manufacture joint-construction valves (the enclosure and rotor welded construction).
