Industrial vacuum cleaners
The central vacuum cleaning systems offered by ECO INSTAL are designed predominantly for industrial plants affected by considerable dust concentration in process equipment and work stands. The equipment is designed taking into consideration specific requirements in the area of cleaning maintenance. The system design is elaborated on a case by case basis and agreed with the user. All elements and equipment incorporated within the offered systems are characterized by the highest quality and efficiency guaranteeing user satisfaction.
An example of central vacuum cleaning system design comprises the following devices:
- Blowing fan – designed for generating continuous negative pressure in the vacuum cleaning system. The blowing fan motor is equipped with a frequency converter, which adjusts blowing fan speed to the system requirements, which ensures energy saving, extended blowing fan life and noise level reduction. Additional sound-absorbing enclosure allows the noise level below 85dB within the radius of 1 m from the device. Additionally, a secondary (emergency) filter is installed on a blowing fan inlet to prevent damage in the case of the primary filtering device (filter bag) failure.
Bag filter – main air cleaning device. The filter enclosure is made of steel sheet. Chambers for the polluted gas supplied to the filter and the cleaned gas are separated by a plate with openings on which filtration bags are mounted. The cleaned gas chamber has got large, easily operated inspection doors facilitating convenient access to the bags. Polluted gas is supplied to the chamber in a stable manner ensuring utilization of the entire filter bag surface. The bin design for holding the bag filters causes reduction of tensions occurring in the fabric during filter operation, thus extending the life thereof. The bin construction prevents folding of bags. Modern shape of bags (FLAT - BAG) and their horizontal layout contributes to the filter size reduction, at the same time ensuring the sane filtration area. The space above the filter is not required, while the horizontal layout smoothes the progress of the bags replacement.
We guarantee that the dust emission in the system below 5 mg/m3.
For dedusting of dust and air explosive mixtures, special (reinforced) bag filter versions are used and additional protection measures compliant with the ATEX Directive (EU legislation, effective as of 1st May 2004 in Poland) are taken, which guarantees safe and trouble-free operation.
- Pipe installation – made of steel pipelines, connection points, and flexible hoses with suction nozzles. Pipeline arcs are bent by means of a special device with a flexible core, which contributes considerably to the longevity of the pipelines, taking into consideration the fact that the air speed within the system may reach up to 35 m/s. The connection points are equipped with conical valves (flaps) facilitating quick connection of flexible hoses (connection method similar to the household vacuum cleaners). As a standard, the installation enables a simultaneous operation of 3 connection points. The total number of connection points depends on the user needs. Flexible hoses and suction nozzles are selected on a case by case basis.
- Dust reception system – dusts separated in the filter settle in the hopper. Depending on the user requirements, the dust may be collected in a storage bin and from time to time disposed of or the dust may be received continuously by respective valves. If necessary, the hopper may come with a pneumatic overhand removal system FLO-PAD.
- Compressed air system – designed for filter bags regeneration and cooperation with the FLO-PAD system. After relevant pre-treatment of air, the existing investor’s installations may be used or if no installations are available, a separate compressed air system with a compressor is provided. The regeneration systems we provide consume small volumes of compressed air in comparison with the traditional filters.
- Control system – The entire installation is started by means of a central button located next to the blowing fan. After starting, the blowing fan enters in the standby mode. It is only after one of the connection points is opened by the operator that the system enters the operation mode (the automation control system tracks negative pressure basis on a continuous basis).
The automation system, which maintains the set negative pressure value
within the system, fosters efficient vacuum cleaning, without excessive
pressing of the suction nozzles against the surface.
