ECO - JET vertical bag filters are designed for collecting dust from dry gases in all sectors of industry. These filters are most frequently applied in the processes characterized by a considerable volume of purified gases, which may even exceed 1000000 m3/h.Owing to ECO INSTAL‘s long term experience in the field of dust collection , ECO - JET filters have been designed to ensure compliance with the most stringent standards of dust pollution emission.
Dusty gases are fed to particular filter chamber by a collective manifold equipped with cut-off throttles. The filter chambers are equipped with special inlets with guard metal plates allowing appropriate guidance of the gas stream as well as change of speed for the purpose of the preliminary separation of large dust particles directly to the hoppers. The inflow gas stream is dispersed at the guard plate so that part of the gases enter the bags from below, part of the gases flow along the chamber sidewalls and a part of the gases enter from the top. The gases entering the bags from the top flow downwards thus fostering settlement (travel) of dust during the regeneration process.
The regeneration of the filters may be carried out either in the “on-line” or “off-line” mode i.e. with cutting-off operation of particular chambers. The advantage of the regeneration system is the possibility of a more efficient filter bag cleaning. Filter fittings as well as the applied filter bag regeneration systems guarantee extended product life and low final emission.
The use of the “DOUBLE-IN” system, which is characterized by a high tech design of jet pipes and the regeneration system, ensures equal and balanced regeneration of all bags as well as reduces compressed air consumption by means of a double injection technology.
The filter is regenerated automatically depending on the set pressure difference by means of the automation and control system. The hoppers in particular chamber may be additionally equipped with electric heating systems and thermal insulation. This prevents local cooling of the hopper walls and thus precipitation of dew.
